Read this document I began researching it because I know for a fact that the employees were tested for the cholinesterase. Since the district is so methodical with their record keeping I was trying to see when they stopped testing the employees. We know they have to maintain records for 30 years past termination. What I began to read is that the law states testing is still being mandated, It was too much to comprehend if it is only applicable to agencies that still use organophosphates. Employee exposure records are public right to know. Can you figure out if all agency are still required to test. And pick up any facts info that I might be able to use as evidence for self insurance under funding their policy. My goal is to find sufficient evidence that the policy is not reporting the hazards of the occupation. Fraud.
