These two lawyers were retained as a team of defense from multiple firms. These two were John’s personal friends, neighbor and they were his clients.

I was using Uptown Thrift for repairs and manual labor for MaryJean’s two homes that I needed immediate help with. I brought John in and he started signing contracts with MaryJean excluding our cheaper labor choices open to us. I was preparing 2 N Avena for MaryJean to return home in hospice care with in home health care assistance I intended her to pay with her inheritance. I told John I had to leave to take care of my mother who is terminal. He undermined my efforts by signing contracts with MaryJean.
MaryJean was terminal. Incapable of managing her medical conditions. Shirley had been managing MaryJean’s finances for a long time continuing to pay off her credit card debt giving her the difference. MaryJean was in debt beyond her monthly income and a solution to Shirley’s problems with her sister was to have me rent a room from her. MaryJean was a hoarder I would learn as I was trying to move into my room in the last week of December in 2009. January of 2010 until August of 2011 Shirley, my son Ben and I began to do a mass intervention every time MaryJean was admitted to the hospital and transferred to a rehab facility.
I retained Sales to empty, strip, paint and install new flooring in MaryJeans room to make it sanitary. MaryJean returns home and begins signing contracts with John to remodels her home. He has full knowledge she can’t take care of herself. The total paid amount was $26,000. John helped himself, leaving us both in dire circumstances.
John left MaryJean to die in a rest home while I was left splitting my time between my work comp claims, MaryJean’s responsibilities to pay and close all her accounts, while I took my mother to UCSF 3 out of the 6 times before she died.
Here was MaryJean’s immediate medical diagnosis and condition while John signed contracts with her to do a full remodel at 2 N Avena Ave, Lodi CA 95242.
- Renal Failure kidney
- Hypoglycemia and poorly controlled DM with HgA1c is of 14.20,
- Congestive Heart Failure
- Diabetes Mellitus type 2
- Essential Hypertension
- History of Delirium
- Distal Fibular fx
- Cellulitis and abscess MRSA (Shirley 2/6/12)
- C.Diff Diarrhea (Shirley 2/6/12)

- 911 City of Lodi Fire Response Calls to 2 N Avena for MaryJean Parvin 1-6 calls were during contracts periods where MaryJean was signing contracts and paying in full. A total of twenty eight 911 calls were made majorly by me for MaryJean who would fall and at over 180 she couldn’t get up.

John Sales left with his wife Jane the wife he denied existed until he had me and MaryJean tied to him with contracts. John and Cindy had fought over John not leaving Cindy home while he spent the Labor Day Wedding with his wife and family. So in the one month before the wedding John gets romantically involved with me. John told me to book a room and he would take me. As I began making reservations he instigated a fight and then he went and told “everyone” who ever they are, that I had the audacity to invite myself.
