Sexual Harassment Complaint

Bob Durham is reassigned as my new supervisor. He could not work with Don or Janine. Janine everyday began and ended with Janine and I all alone locker room.
The work days began with verbal threats by Janine to me, with aggressive dominating hostility. When Janine was hired we were assigned on the same work crew for one month under the supervision of Duane Bridgewater .
Before working together at Vector Janine and I both worked at S-mart in Lodi with Mary Iverson who recommended us for the job.
A decision was made to place Janine under a different supervisor literally. Duane had the most experience of all the staff and he interacted with his operators. Not in the way the supervisor they assigned to her, Bob Durham who ended up becoming her husband. This couple receive benefits not offered to the full staff.
Management had a conspiracy. Our agency did not report mixing, pouring or spraying treatments that required
protected by management as Bob’s girlfriend and mobbing formed when employees witnessed the power of Bob and Janine. Bob as a supervisor had two rule books he used for employees. The no rules apply for lying for me during the Meidinger trial and Janine says and I obey. Then Bob enforced the I don’t like you for walking out when I talk about inappropriate things. The consequences of not being liked by Bob and Janine resulted in them creating rumors attacking your character and work ethic to management.
For a second time my testimony is once again detrimental to Bob and Janine who were not coming to work, not doing their jobs, creating hostility between all employees and dangerous working environment. By intentionally understaffing and using unlicensed pesticide applicators left to pick up the slack for John and Eddie whose only solution was to schedule multiple ERMA teachings that they refused to implement.
ERMA does not teach to take corrective action against the victim they will deny valid claims protect the harasser to take disciplinary actions against the victim with managements consent.
Is it fraud to pay for an education of classes and intentionally contradict its teachings? Shouldn’t management support actions that back up the cost of ERMA Risk Management?
My complaint was in writing and discussed and verbal (participating in a protective act) reporting unsafe working environment, two employees created litigations in 2006 and they do not do their job. Bob as my supervisor was alarming because he had new techs unlicensed, caused tremendous division in our crew. He refused to work with me and he had never worked my region. His girlfriend was allowed by our manager John Stroh and Eddie Luchessi to repeatedly intentionally inflicts injury and discomfort upon me behaving in a way that she dominated power over all the field operations.
ERMA Bickmore Risk Gerry Preciado who is on the insurance policy with AIMS and JVPA talked with John Stroh and they chose to retaliate against me, Tom and Don. Bob was allowed to write an evaluation for a time he wasn’t present to do his job.
