I was hired April 19, 2004 and trained in Linden for 5 months before It was publicly announced Tiffany Anderson would be relocated to Zone 9 The Islands. Scott Andreas bid and won my training zone with his seniority. My assistant supervisor Larry Frasier warned me not to get comfortable in zone 7 Linden because I wasn’t staying in “the slipper zone”.

I was instructed by John Stroh and Eddie Lucchesi on this date to falsify my timesheet reflected below, intentionally leaving out the important details that I was sent to Kaiser their treating physician (Dameron) .
I would not take it upon myself to falsify a timesheet. Clearly by the date/time on the medical records below, I was not in Stockton treating pools, instead I was seen at Dameron (my employers’ physician, records tampered and falsified as well) and Kaiser (my physician records in tact)
