Employee Diguilio was hired, placed in my zone, trained by Morgan and Janine who openly displayed disdain for me.
Emily got Steve Liepelt fired for speaking up when he heard my name being bashed to our new employee.
Steve Liepelt was called in the office and Eddie began to tell Steve he made Emily uncomfortable. Steve responded so the porn they text back and forth isn’t offensive, but asking a person not to listen to haters is acceptable. Steve was gone when I returned.
Emily’s Altosid Treatments and training notes. They gave her my truck which is un heard of and they had to move her to Tracy do to John’s strict zone moving rules.
I began to teach myself my job since I was denied the training which is protocol for relocations. They are sitting on millions and I am printing my tools at home.

On 3/4/2009 (Wednesday), we had a label training and mosquito ID session at the main office that lasted all day. Just prior to that day, I brought in an insect to the laboratory. Stacy Bearden re-teaches mosquito ID to everyone because the insect that I brought in wasn’t a mosquito. Janine demands to know why we are being re-taught this subject and looks at me. Stacy Bearden refuses to answer Janine. Janine confronts me after we get our next break. Janine publicly humiliates me in front of all of the co-workers. I go sit in my truck and cry. Mary Iverson comes to my truck and talks to me, consoles me. Supervisor Brian Heine informs me that Janine wants to file a complaint against me for harassment. I am reprimanded by him for getting attacked by Janine. It is clear to me that this general meeting was set up primarily to humiliate me as no upper management is present for this general meeting. Just prior to this date, Brian Heine had become my immediate supervisor. Keith Neinhuis who was priorly harassing me had just been transferred to the Lodi zone. I tell Brian Heine about having a complaint filed with the Department of Fair Employment & Housing. Brian Heine assures me that I will be safe and that an appointment with DFEH is not necessary. Relying on that, I cancel my appointment with DFEH. Brian Heine then went straight to management and told them what he knew.
